In my case, if I never sold another ‘AfterHours Prospecting™’ course, I would still make a very substantial living. For me, this product is icing on the cake. I make far more money actually applying the techniques that I have written about.

2. Do not buy products that promise or imply that you will make X dollars in X time. Do not buy any product that sounds like a get-rich-quick scheme.

We have already discussed this. Such claims are impossible to make and are bogus (not to mention illegal). If the person is going to lie to you by making these kinds of claims, why would you trust anything else he/she says?

3. Remember that neither the price nor the quantity represents the quality of a product.

If I had to do it all over again, I would pay a substantial amount of money for just one of my strategies that I ended up learning the hard way. I can think of one strategy in my product that in itself was worth tens of thousands of dollars to me. However, I could summarize it for you in one sentence. Don't be fooled by someone that tries to charge $1,000 for a 1,000-page manual. Anyone can fill a book with worthless material. Frankly, the price and number of pages just do not reflect at all the quality of the product.

4. There are no gurus.

Look--I am not a guru. However, I do have some very valuable experience. If you become successful, you will seem like a guru to other people. But the bottom line is that you will just have more experience. What I am saying is this--don't believe the guru hype. Simply look for successful people that have experience that you don't yet have.
